Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us first.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

2-Year Warranty Return Option

Unless you have purchased the 2-year warranty, standard return terms apply.
If you have purchased the 2-year warranty, you may return your product at any time within 2 years if you are not satisfied for any reason.
